Job done fine if that's all you care about. But don't call John's Plumbing "In Midrand" if you think you're getting a place close to you, because you're apparently getting Barlands Plumbing in Randpark Ridge doing the job. I suppose a callout fee is standard, but R1550 for labour and callout, on a R2000 total job leaves a decent profit. Transparency in who you are actually calling goes a long way.
