Plumber Midrand

We had an emergency plumbing issue late in the afternoon, and they managed to fit us in the same day. The plumber quickly found the problem, fixed it properly, and gave us confidence that everything was safe. Excellent service.

Incredibly efficient. Had a leak under our kitchen sink late on a Friday afternoon and were sure nobody would come until the following week. The plumber was there quickly, fixed it fast, and charged a fair price!

They responded to fix my leaking toilet within an hour. The plumber was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem immediately. A specialty part was required, he called around, found the part, picked it up, and had my leaking toilet fixed within half an hour.

BEWARE. Very expensive. I'm always willing to pay a good price to contractors, so for small jobs I don't feel the need to ask for a quote upfront. This time I was shocked when Brilliant asked for R2800 after a basic drain-unblocking which took half an hour, not requiring any advanced tools. If you use this company and don't want to be extorted, be sure to ask for pricing upfront. UPDATE: I'm increasing from 1-star to 3-star. Although Brilliant is very expensive, he at least honoured the guarantee he provided on the job. When the drain was still partially blocked a couple of days later, he came back to resolve the issue, which shows professionalism.

Great service at a reasonable cost. The plumber arrived on time and completed everything without any delays or extra charges.

We had a blockage in the pipe in the wall from the washer. He did not give up and tried everything. Left the place clean and dry. The price was reasonable.

Excellent service and very thoughtful problem solving. Communication was clear with great explanations around our blocked drain. Problem fixed and everything left tidy. Highly recommend.

Great service on an urgent job. Quote completed quickly and work finished to a high standard in good time. All council requirements were handled without fuss. Planning to use Plumber Midrand services again for the next job. 👍🏻 …

Punctual, polite and very efficient. The plumber found the source of our bathroom leak within minutes and gave us a clear breakdown of the options and costs. The repair was done neatly and we were kept informed the whole time.

Prompt, efficient service. Informative, engaging, and highly skilled. Advice was clear and credible, work was outstanding, and everything was completed to our satisfaction in good time. Much appreciated.

Honestly, I’ve never had such a smooth experience with a plumber before. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and left the bathroom spotless. I felt like he genuinely cared about doing a great job, not just rushing through it. My shower works perfectly now , thank you,!

So happy with the team. Our Geyser died on a freezing day—new one installed and running within half a day. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

Speak to Brilliant! He came out same day, quoted reasonably, and fixed our blocked toilet in under an hour. Super respectful and efficient. Honestly such a relief after dealing with the mess for days.

I was charged R1800 (R500 max for replacement, R1300 for call out and labour) to replace the flushing mechanism of my toilet. The labour itself was about 15 minutes work. Although service was decent, the price seems steep for the work done. Go with these guys if you have money to blow.

They did a fantastic job with the overgrown trees around our house. After understanding what we needed, they got to work and left our garden looking amazing. It was great to see someone take as much care with our home as we would.
